Refund Policy

We want MemoryGlow to feel fair and trustworthy.

When refunds are available

If a restoration fails, if a photo cannot be processed, or if the result is clearly unusable, you may request a refund.

Digital purchases

Photo packs are digital purchases. Once credits are used or restored images are downloaded, refunds may be limited unless there is a clear service issue.

AI limitations

AI restoration may not be perfect. Minor differences, color interpretation, or detail reconstruction are not always considered service failures.
